Please improve room service (Food) by changing plates as trays & plates are very heavy which makes the trays (food) difficult to carry for waiters / services. Have mercy, and them use mostly disposable items if possible and keep cabinets & trolly each level with porcelain plates & bowls etc. for better service experience keep your heavy plates limited to dine in areas.
