The veranda on the ground floor needs a coat of paint. The staircase looks ugly because of the furniture stored under it. The room also needs a good coat of paint to make it look new. The kitchen counter needs a good scrub to remove marks. All in all Room 12A needs a refurbishment to make it look clean and fresh. The reception for local TV channels is poor. PILLOWS - need major change. They are all too tight and hard and give a crick in the neck. Need softer pillows as an option.
