Q 12 Comments & suggestions, if any   Rm 12 entrance lobby had cleaning material lying. Needs to be cleaned and made presentable with plants and seating arrangement. Back door needs to remain closed. Immense room for improvement in room maintenance, e.g. AC’s maintenance etc.
