I stayed after a long delay due to C19 limitations to travel. But in general SC has continued to improve over the last few years - service and staff are great across the board (room service, bistro, pool, laundry etc. -- and even during rains they were always there), the food quality has really improved and served hot. If I had any problems, majority of the issues were fixed right away.
1. Please replace the room phones - they are pf poor quality, and the connection sound is terrible
2. I had problems with hot water heater switching off regular -- had to call someone to restart
3. Had problems with ACs -- breakdowns, and ice spitting out etc.
4. Bathroom amenities like shampoo, soap, toothpaste can use a lift
5. TV channels were fine, but the equipment malfunctioned at least twice and was challenging to operate.
