Q 12 Comments & suggestions, if any   Accepted that due to Covid restrictions the dining faciilities have to be extremely limited, but there is nowhere except the poolside where one can have a cup of tea and snacks in casual clothes. The Bistro and fine dining are all mixed up. Room cleanliness especially in Covid times is extra important. All surfaces were found to be extremely grimy when rubbed with tissue and a cleansing agent. Internet connectivity is very poor causing problems while attempting Zoom meetings and the cable TV gave a lot of problems apart from a very limited choice of channels.
